The lady on the front asked where we want to sit and after asking for a corner seat near a barbecue, she sat at a stand in the middle without a... I asked the server if we would get the cooking experience in front of a grill, and she said no, but the food is the same. I went back to ask the lady before the grill, and the staff did. But we wait very long for a cook, as the people who came after us were sitting on open grills. We asked for the wait and our new server made the comment, the boss must return your food The food was good, but the boss was very unentertainable. I received Rohlachs with the comments, mmm Juicy from the boss.... There was a thick layer of fat and lubricated in front of all grills. The bathrooms smell terrible. The meal was over 100 for 4 people.... From all the reviews I have, this is unfortunately the only one that has been negatively written. This place was appaling in so many levels.
Staff were well informed about the available items in the menu. They offer very professional, responsible, helpful and friendly services. Owners and owners and supervisors should be very proud to have them as part of a team in a large restaurant. It was a great experience. See you soon!
I ate here with my daughter and her family for lunch a while ago when I visited her and lived. We went to dinner this time. When we sat around the hot grill and saw our meal prepared, we were very entertaining by our cook. Portions are big. Plan on residues for another meal. The prices for such a meal were extremely appropriate. Thank you.
There are a few Hibachi grill place in San Angelo, among them Bonsai is the best. it 's cheaper during lunch hour, but the portion is not usual lunch portion . Taste is satisfying, you may see some fire shows depending on who 's your shef today is. They do special prices for certain menus sometimes as well, this is one of 'must-go ' place for lunch. For weekend dinner, you see waiting as well. Service is somewhat slow, they tend to wait till at least half of the hibachi table is full. So depending on number of your companies or other customers, you may wait quite a lot as well. Spare some minutes when you visit Bonsai. However, the food is cooked in front of you very fresh, sometimes it is quite salty but most of the time it is very nicely cooked. Roles are a little bit pricey but nice too.
A very nice place to go eat the staff was friendly our waiter (John) was polite and friendly our drinks never run out he was a bright spot of our night food was delicious!!!
