Sea Island Shrimp House - San Andreas

The highlight of our meal was the fresh jumbo shrimp, which were not frozen and perfectly fried to perfection. The Tartar sauce added a tasty touch to the dish. These shrimp are a must-try and possibly the best in the area! In terms of kid-friendliness, the restaurant is very family-friendly. There is ample parking available around the restaurant and it is easily accessible for individuals using wheelchairs, walkers, or those who are elderly.

I paid $19 for the Seafood Platter, but it was definitely not worth the price. The shrimp were small, the fried oysters were tiny, and the fish filet was also very small. A staff member asked other tables about their visit, but completely avoided me. This lack of customer service made my experience even worse. It was clear that my money did not matter at this restaurant, unless I had a large group with me. I will not be returning, as the prices have increased while the portions have decreased. This was the worst $19 I have ever spent on a dish. Your response asking me to come back and spend more money does not address the issues I had with the portion sizes and the dismissive manager.

I love the shrimp at this restaurant. I always order the B lunch special, which includes 6 fried shrimp, 1 fish fillet, coleslaw, and fries. The fries are sometimes just barely lukewarm. I sometimes add corn on the cob and always get a Big Red to drink. The crab legs are good, but a little small. They used to be $10.99 for a 1/2 lb, but now they are $14.99.

My daughter and I dined at the 1604 Bandera location last weekend and our food was so disappointing. I ordered the stuff shrimp and my daughter or the grilled chicken w a side of shrimp. When the food arrived my daughters fries were super cold and so was her grilled chicken. As for my food it wasn’t hot and the stuffed shrimp did not taste fresh. We waited as it was a good while for our food and did ask for some better fries. When they brought a new order of fries they were just as bad and not hot. By this time we were so upset that we just picked on our food and left. It was all just so upsetting!

Service was great, staff is very friendly and food came very quickly! I got the diablo burger with fries and everything was perfect, i’d definitely return here againFood: 5/5
