Prospect - San Andreas

As usual, an amazing meal with very fantasies kitchen. I'll give 6 starts to your home team. they gave our party of four one over and beyond welcome, asked real (not scripted) and made our arrival so positiw. However, our main server seemed distracted compared to previous visits at prospect and not so attentive.

I had great hopes, but I was underwhelmed. it was a business dinner, so no skin of my return, but I would have been very disappointed to foot the bill on my own. the menu was promising not yet reached the taste front.

We have often dined in the sister restaurant boulevard. they were booked, so prospect came to try to run from the same master chef. it has a beautiful open contemporary environment. the food was excellent. perhaps a little less spectacular than boulevard, but the price is also lower. a highlight is the starter and share menu for starters. these were equally excellent. my pork chop was very tasty and juicy, but the glaze was a ted on the sweet side. the affogato dessert was really good.

Previously, to visit often a few years ago withdrawing the city the riders are still amazing, but the other dishes I tried last night were disappointing. not bad in itself, but certainly not the great taste combos as before. quite moderate and for the price not worth it. it sounds like they've recently reopened, so maybe only a few kinks to work through. service was also a miss that hostes were the best though!

Haven't been back since Covid, was delighted with service, food, all! Everyone was so friendy, even though Kathy wasn't present!
