Oriental Pearl - San Andreas

Gluten Free menu was great. We had a party of 11 and we had great service. Several people in our party had to have GF and we were happy to learn that they had several options for this. The portions were very big, so be aware of that as we had lots of leftovers despite being careful. The sauces were very good and the soups very delicious not salty! The kids loved the pork dumplings more than the seafood/shrimp ones. Overall I recommend this place and especially if you need GF options!

A very nice lunch here was included with our walking tour of Chinatown. There was more than enough food and it was very tasty. The outside is unremarkable but the inside dining area is lovely.

I was so excited to find a gluten free Chinese restaurant! They have a separate gluten free menu and gluten free soy sauce for the table. We got vegetable fried rice, Shanghai noodles, a mixed vegetable dish, spinach and mushroom dumplings and tofu with mushrooms. All were delicious and all but the tofu with mushrooms was gluten free. The dining room was attractive, the bathroom clean and the service was excellent and the waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu. The only drawback is the entrance. It looks like you are entering a shabby apartment building. It is up one flight of unattractive stairs, but as soon as you open the door of the restaurant, it is lovely. We live near Chinatown in San Francisco and have eaten at most places in the area. This restaurant is a hidden gem. It was good enough for us to make a to-go order to eat later.

One of the best in the city… A definite order of the Chicken Noodles and a made to order Onion Bell Pepper Chicken… That’s a Misra’s combo to order! Tag it with the very own Chicken Sweet Corn Soup…

Good food and great service! The dim sum was terrific. Wish we had ordered more. Some in our party had gluten restrictions. They thought the gluten free menu was awesome, and served with great care to ensure no mistakes or cross contamination. We all hope to visit again soon.
