Just had coffee ! I heard about the employee sending all customers to the Kiosk to order whatever,can't be worse than some of the cashiers , I'm not so sure they even know where they are,! Lately, I've noticed poor sales skills, that I at least learnedabout ,like : The bill total is $12, I give a $20 and 2 $1s,$22, I should get a $10 back,90% are confused ???? with that ! Theyshould verify the money they received, avoids everyone getting the wrong change: That's $12 out of $20,or $8 out of a $10,etc.But I gave you a $50! Now the Mgr has to count the drawer ,delaying everyone! Count change back !: Your change is $7, a 5 +2-1s=$7.Dont just wad it up ,suff it in their hand! Give a receipt,or ask,face your bills one way ,separate them,1,5,10,. Imostly blame their lack of knowledge on the trainer,? Couldn't prove I bought a coffee ,no receipt, finally got it ! Don't argue with me about it! I'm always right! #1 rule! Kiosk doesn't give change,what does it know? Enjoy your $12 Big Mac! averagenow!

I had to be at work at 10 am, showered and went to bed after work the night before. I woke up out of bed early and drove to get coffee, I ordered it on the app and went inside to retrieve my beverage like I always do ideally alongside my breakfast.However, on this particular morning, i only had coffe and I also wanted hot lemon water, i was told they didn't have any lemon.I went to grocery outlet to buy a some (and sparkling water) driving back the other way towards work, I stopped back insideMcDonald's to use the bathroom and change into my work uniform because i had a little time to kill. I was not inside thebathroom for more than 3 min and a female employee started knocking on the bathroom stall door telling me I've been in there toolong and I need to get out. Excuse me? This is how paying customers are treated? Unbelievable. Manager was very rude as well.Won't go back here to spend my hard earned money.
