Heirloom Café - San Andreas

I will begin this review by saying that I am looking forward to finding a way to visit heirloom cafe for a very long time. I have been living in san francisco for a year and have had dozens of food recommendations, but I found these on my own faust and was thrilled to visit a local gem in my neighboring mission. when one of my hometown friends visited, I wanted to bring them, and my local friend in sf for a ladies dinner on a Saturday night. that eat delicious, excellent, a great part. we had the captivating and laughing, and both were divine. the wine selection abundant, knowledgeable, perfectly dry white and rosé according to our taste preferences. the ambiente kerzenlicht, dimm, ideal for close colleagues, friends or a date. But what completely turned us off was one of the servers. 1. She seemed to be under the influence. her words were wounded and she approached our table in jerking movements. 2. our third guest came a little after us, and about a minute after sitting the server came to our table and said: what is the game plan without asking if she had a chance to check the menu and decide 3. she knocked accidentally over the entire water detour on the seat area of my friend, the lap and the jacket. We presented our friends and neighbours in heirloom. they were very impressed by the menu and presentation and overall excellent repast! I'm sure they'll be back to the restaurant. we visit as often as we are in the situation. Many thanks that heirloom crew always provides a great dinner for us and our family.

Great neighboring restaurant. we had the Halibut ceviche and the pod salad. were the salmon and steak babette. add the oatmeal chocolate cookie and bitter sweet chocolate budino.

Low key and excellent, fresh food. Service was also excellent! Can’t wait to go back!

I ordered the halibut ceviche and the bean salad while my partner ordered the chicken with corn salsa looking thing...the bean salad was exceptional. His chicken was good but too salty. Overall, a solid B+. My ceviche had some big pieces of fish and when I pointed it out, the waitress said that is the way the chef likes it...Duh...I was not born yesterday and I do know how to make better ceviche. And the waitress was either drunk or high on something the way she moved...not cool for her or the restaurant.
