Hard Rock Cafe San Francisco

Only ritual I follow is visit hard rock cafe where I've ever traveled. at roaming on fisherman’s wharf when I see hrc could not resist. But I have to wait for 30 minutes to get the table. if they first call them and keep their table, would be ideal if they don't want to wait, coz in view of the situation it is, in the rule, always crowded. / Nevertheless, the food was good and tasty and the staff was superb Food 5/5 Service 4/5 Ambiance 4/5

Hard rock heaven < br>/ nice hard rock good atmosphere with live music on a Friday night. burger to usual hard rock standards and service was also good. practical location near fisherman’s wharf.

I'm a Hard Rock fan. But foods not the same. San Diego and City Walk were better but there closed now.. Haven't tried the one in Hollywood.. Memorbla is Great but the need an up grade on food. Hope this one in San Francisco doesn't shut down. I Hard Rocks. Keep them alive.

When we visit a city that has a Hard Rock Cafe that we haven’t visited before, we always make a point to swing by and have some food and get a pin. The San Francisco Hard Rock is at the entrance of the iconic Pier 39 and is an older hard rock with an open floor plan that was renovated to the newer style with less memorabilia (boo The memorabilia they had was well themed to San Francisco which was nice to see. Food when we visited was the still very limited Covid menu I’m starting to wonder if things like the local legendary burgers will ever return. The burgers and salads were all solid options and service was OK. What brought this location above average was the service in the rock shop really above and beyond to be helpful, tell us the story of the pins and show a passion for the brand!

Very mediocre experience. Waiters were nice but retail manager Beverly was not very accommodating. We waited over an hour for our food when we had placed pre-orders to avoid waiting. We traveled over 8 hours to eat here. She was not willing to do anything to make this experience right. Very disappointing.
