The food was incredible, especially the Seared Ahi Tuna, Norwegian Salmon, truffled cheddar macaroni and cheese, and Caesar salad. I thoroughly enjoyed everything and will definitely be returning to eat here again!
The best steak in San Diego. Also love their crab fried rice and Sea bass! Love the ambience atmosphere and the live band.
Great food, good service, but upper floor too dark, no windows It would have been a lot better a table in first floor
We went to this restaurant for our 49th anniversary dinner and we were really impressed. They made us feel special by creating a heart out of rose petals on our table and seating us right away for our reservation. I had the sea bass and it was prepared in a delicious Hong Kong style that I had never tried before. My husband had the filet cooked medium rare and it was seasoned perfectly and juicy. We started our meal with a Caesar's salad that had a unique vinaigrette dressing, which was very tasty. For sides, we had broccolini and au gratin potatoes. We felt the broccolini could have been cooked a little more, but the au gratin potatoes were super cheesy. To top it off, Eddie V's surprised us with two glasses of sparkling wine and an exceptional dessert plate with "Happy Anniversary" written in chocolate. It was a wonderful evening and we thank them for making us feel so special.
This was my third visit to the restaurant and it was amazing. From the wedge salad to the delicious crab fried rice, everything was top-notch. The New York bone-in steak was definitely a 5-star dish. Our waiter, Martin from Bulgaria, was charming, helpful, and clearly enjoyed his profession. I love Eddie V's!
