Danny's - San Agustin de las Juntas

My wife and I have a place in Puerto and were several times after thenys. beautiful ambiente right on the beach, a good menu cheap, and as indicated fantastic tort suppillae.

We find ourselves here many nights for happy hour. the staff is very friendly and attentive. the employees speak English and try their best to make customers happy. the bartender is very good and drinks are delicious. my man ordered the red snapper. and rice and it was amazing with great presentation. I had chicken tacos that were also very good. the atmosphere is beautiful with being directly on the beach and has great mood lighting in the night restaurant and bathroom are very clean here.

So we currently live in puerto. We come here for brekky once in a while cuz they have really yummy sandwiches. I recommend the fruit salads. We come in, and grab our own menus. The coffee's alright. The food quantity changes every time we go....sometimes they're splendid with quantities, sometimes they're not. It all depends on who's on shift? maybe? we don't know. We always see the same people. The owner, is awesome. When he's around, he makes sure you're alright. We really like it because it's a friendly atmosphere. They've got a ping pong table. Location's great. Don't expect it to be fine dining. It's pretty casual.

I was surprised to read Danny's reviews and wondered if it was the same Danny's! But I recognized the picture! We have been coming to Danny's for two years now, when we are in Puerto. We go there at least once or twice a week....It is a great spot for happy hour from 5-7 each evening. Sundown there is a wonderful experience where you can see the sky and sea past the fishing boats pulled up on the sand. Authentic Puerto Escondido! The restaurant and bar are open air, on Playa Principal. We enjoy their food..pescadillas, Aztec soup, chicken, fish, salads, whatever. It has all been good and tasty and reasonably priced. The service is great and friendly. Danny's is frequented by Mexicans and Northamericans alike. Some of whom have been coming here for many years. We love the feel of this spot...Danny's Terrace on the Adoquin.
