Taco Time Nw - Sammamish

This is my local Taco Time, but in the past 6 months it's been going downhill. Every single order I've placed (once a week, $40 has been missing items. It's not because there are new kids, as there are older adults there who've been working there for years, they just don't seem to care. I've tried placing online orders and just ordering through drive through. They ALWAYS fail to put multiple items in my order. Missing Mexifries, drinks, utensils and napkins, crustos, hot sauce, etc. Every single time. It's soooo frustrating. Tonight I ordered a fish soft taco with cilantro lime sauce, and the sauce was in one blob at the top. How am I supposed to eat that? A mouthful of sauce, then none anywhere else. And no crustos. And no hot sauce. And no napkins. And no hot sauce. And missing a rice and a bean sides. Having to pull back in and go in to get the missing items is too frustrating. Wish there was a Taco Bell nearby. Bottom line always check that everything you ordered is actually in the bags before leaving the drive through window, if you really have to go here.

The first time I ordered here the food was soooo good. The second time I ordered we were very disappointed. I ordered something through drive through. The guy who took my order keyed in something totally different than what I said it is also my fault that I didn’t check the screen) then when I arrived to the window and the staff was talking and taking forever to finish the order. I didn’t have time to check my order cause there were a million cars behind me waiting. So when I arrived home noticed the order was wrong and the quality given was poor . Very disappointed with not having the consistency
