Emerald City Smoothie - Sammamish

Not much to say other than they should get it open soon because there a lot of us that have to drive further down to get smoothies on the next

At every emerald smoothie shop I've been to before, if you order a 24oz cup with extra protein, it expands when blending so they give it to you in a 32 oz cup cause you paid for the ingredients. This place doesn't, so you won't get the protien you ordered and they end up throwing 10oz way in their sink.

I ordered an açaí bowl and was very disappointed that the fruit on top are frozen. First they are not tasty. Second is hard to chew. I'm a suppose to wait for the fruit to melt? The Jamba Juice açaí bowls are with fresh fruit on top. So much better!!!

I really hate giving one star reviews and I've probably given it one or twice during so many years. I really hate to do it but this place is so inconsistent and depends on whom is making your snoothy. Last three times my usual order (lean out) tasted like water, I swear it tasted so bad but I was in a hurry after coming back from gym and too tired to return to the store. I don't understand how this could happen. They are supposed to measure everything and for 10$ snoothy this is not acceptable. I hope that management sees my review because I like this place and I like to support local businesses but they really lost mine. I noticed that staff are also very chatty especially with teenagers and don't pay attention to customers. Highly disappointed in this place

The smoothies are so good! Me and my friend got the orange twister and island breeze and they were DELICIOUS! Carson B was a great smoothie barista. 10/10 service.
