Absolutely loved this jewel in salzburg. eating was phenomenal, service impeccable, and the entire ambiente authentic and stylish. the flesh is so tender and juicy. in any case worth a visit if they are in salt castle!

Best steak in town. Besides the delicious food, the service is excellent. I will definitely come back and can recommend it to anyone who wants a great gastronomy experience in Salzburg. Just keep in mind that it is not cheap one, but it is completely worth it.

Very beautiful, demanding but not posh family-run restaurant. the decor is perfect for a date night, the dishes were all tasty- make sure to check their daily specialties on the main menu. we came in the truffle season and the gnocchi with steak came from all in the truffles covered. so good! rindfleischtar was also great.

The family-run restaurant in salzburg. they seem to be natively oriented, and had only menus in German, but our server (co-owner? went out of his way to translate and accommodate us as English speakers. the food was excellent, and the service was very attentive. as typical for upscale European restaurants, they plan for 2-3 hours for a full dinner/dessert/coffee service.
