Midam - Salvarcar

Today I ate at Midam and I was disappointed at how dirty it is. The cloth seats are extremely neglected, burned and dirty (the restaurant was empty compared to a long time ago when there was never any space and I understood why... the atmosphere is not the same). The food was good, not like before, it was exceptional and I was pleasantly surprised by Emanuel's attention, which was spectacular and worthy of recognition. He turned a so-so experience into a good one thanks to his attention to detail and excellent service. This is where it is proven that people make experiences good or bad. I would pay much more attention to these details of care and cleaning, not losing the great quality they had at the beginning, and recognizing the collaborators who provide excellent treatment. The food is delicious, Korean grills are a little high in price so it falls into this category. However, it is worth it, the service is attentive and they explain to you, if it is your first time, how to accompany the food. I reserved a table to celebrate a special date and they were very kind to us, they even gave us a photo. The only thing to consider may be that if you are sensitive to coal smoke, choose to sit in the area facing the street. Because even though the doors were open on the ground floor and they have a ventilation system, the smoke concentrated at times and my eyes burned. Outside of this, I highly recommend the place. The food is spectacular, but the best thing about the place is the service. Emanuel helped me and explained everything to me, literally, all the ingredients and all the dishes and that made my experience in the place much more favorable. Also, great Omar.
