Creusaz - Salvan

After many years we were back. The old restaurant was completely renovated. The outside looks trendy, the inside is rather simple. Maybe the best for skiërs in winter, but now it looks a bit cold. The food and presentation is excellent. Great terrasse!!!!

Chef Mikael's Rösti must try! He offered us also very creative and very tasty pumpkin soup with roasted mixed seeds, croutons and shaved cheese.. such simple and great lunch break on ski

Be sure to make a stop here and soak up the view. You will be rewarded with a very lovely view of the Mont Blanc. We had an assiette valaisanne and it was fine enough. Otherwise, cannot say much more about the menu as we did not eat a full meal. Service was fine and friendly.

The food is excellent quality and priced as a normal Swiss restaurant. The menu is traditional, but the dishes are top notch. The Salad Montegnard is always excellent and the daily special is usually not something you find at every other Swiss restaurant (and that's a good thing). Be aware that it is super busy at 12:00. I suggest coming at 13:00 or later to ensure a window seat. You can purchase a special cable car ticket that includes a 10 CHF discount for each diner.

Chef Mika is passionate about cooking and we had the best ski lunch of all time! Unbelievable ! Great service too. You feel like one of the family.
