I came into the bag immediately after they handed it to us and the pommes were cold. have they not heard of a warmer? but the salate was warm, as in, the salate. I had expected that hot hen and cooler salate, because that should be fresh, right? that was lukewarm. How long had that been? I hope I don't get food poisoning! sad to continue and continue to observe this particular establishment after many years, we will never visit this wendys again and now, after reading all these negative reviews, I think that management has to change. no one reacts to these reviews. there is no feedback. no one seems to care about what goes on to this site and these positive reviews can only come from employees/friends/family who try to make it look better than it is. No, thanks.
That's the worst wendys ever. For months the dinning room was closed, then they finally opened it. I was there yesterday to eat in the dining room just to go back today to find out that it was closed. Why are their doors locked? if they have written their hours, why don't they let customers who have to eat and have not thrown a vehicle to go throw their running gear? . I guess I go or drive right up to their Drivethrew window to bypass their intercom as well as good work?
Shows the worst wendys ever. Every wendys I've never been amazed until tonight. my whole order was so wrong that the only right product in the bag fries and that eating was cold. the customer service was ridiculous. they gave me my drinks and they spilled me and my car and instead of offering or helping serviettes. their answer was “I told them to be careful”
We drove the drive through and were asked to pull up and wait. 15 minutes later we find out that they have forgotten our order! so happy to eat breakfast, as it is now almost lunchtime!
Attention to detail is a minor thing but a must and drive thru's seriously lack it these day's. Apparently the taco salad now comes with crackers? I'm not sure. I can't reach the store by phone to discuss it and I'm not driving 3 miles back to fix it. I can tell you that if I wanted chili I would have ordered it differently and if I wanted a salad I would have ordered dressing. What I have is a $7 cup of chili, some iceberg lettuce and zero customer service from the restaurant. Not good
