The Kathmandu 700 E - Salt Lake City

This restaurant has been one of my favorites for the past eight years. All the vegan options are excellent! I particularly love the kokoskorma and veggie kofta.

I give this restaurant a solid 5 stars for being entirely vegan! The atmosphere is wonderful, the staff is friendly, and everything about this place is fantastic. About 95% of the food offered in the buffet is vegan, and it's all incredibly delicious, with a price of around $12. I highly recommend this place!

I have visited this restaurant many times, and the food and service are consistently outstanding. They offer a wide variety of vegetarian options that are clearly labeled. I highly recommend it!

The staff was very accommodating to my request for vegan choices. Suggested appetizer: Vegetable Pakora with a mint tamarind dipping sauces. Main course of Tofu Korma and Roti bread. It was extremely delicious! I was accidentally given a naan bread but that was quickly corrected. A wonderful meal with very really nice helpful staff.

This place is delicious and maybe had the best Indian dish I've ever had (even compared to Chicago, LA, Korea . I had the coconut korma on the veg menu. Server seemed very informed on the difference between vegan and vegetarian on the menu. The korma tasted like a delicious creamy bisque. So much flavor! Going back for lunch buffet today! (Heard this location was the better one compared to its other location.
