Costa Vida - Salt Lake City

While there are good Costa Vida locations, this one is truly exceptional. There's a gentleman named Alex who is absolutely fantastic. He really knows how to take care of customers! Thank you, Alex—when we return, it will be because of how wonderful you were!

This will likely be my last visit to this location. I'm not sure if I've just had bad luck, but my last few experiences have been extremely slow. The salad I just received was quite meager and looked unappetizing. I'm very disappointed.

Alex is fantastic! My wife and I placed our order through the app and were waiting at our table. Alex came over and insisted on bringing us some water while we waited, not allowing us to fill our glasses ourselves. He truly is a gentleman and an amazing person!

Best service I've had at a Costa Vida (or similar type locations). Friendly, competent, clean

When we came in, we were greeted by someone named Alex. After we got our food and sat down he would occasionally come to check on us and refill our water cups. He even noticed our kids and brought some cookies by them and us. He was very kind and made our experience so great!
