We went there without any reservations on a Thursday night, and they were very full. We sat at the “Chef’s Counter” (e.g., looking In to the kitchen , and I’m very glad we did! It’s our favorite restaurant in SLC. I love the way they pair fresh, raw ingredients with cooked. The flavors and textures are always phenomenal. Get the bread and butter!
Some stellar dishes like the tomato salad or ravioli. We ordered most the menu and it was a little disappointing. We just moved from a large metro area and are frequent diners at this style of restaurant. The food was pretty but the flavors together didn’t always meld. The toast was covered in so many beets, and I love beets, that it just didn’t taste balanced. The pork chop was so fatty it wasn’t enjoyable to eat. The fish and chips was fine.
