She was married at 4:00 in the afternoon. The venue told them they could arrive at this time to set up. They told me they were there at 4:30. They came to the venue at 5:40. My daughters should start wedding dinner at 5:30. In conversation with the catering manager, she told me the server tried to call me at 5:10. There were no phone calls to my phone, my men or my daughters. I actually wanted to call her to see where they were, but they're closing at 5. At this point I had more than 65 people waiting for dinner! My husband wanted to go down the street and order pizza at this point. The hostess of the place went to the parking lot to search for the Caterers and found them sitting on 5:40 just in the parking lot. When entering the place, one of the servers fell the sown salad and contaminated. No one could eat until the food was set up, which lasted about 30-45 minutes. At this point we started without the salad we couldn't wait anymore. My daughters open house was to begin at 7 and that was a dinner for family and friends who participated in the wedding, it was gone all day. They tried to change tablecloths after dinner while the guests came to the open house. The food was cold from the beginning. The grandmother of the bride went through line 1. with my niece husband and they both said their food was cold. Several other family members said the same. My husband and I ate the food too cold. Not only were they an hour and 10 minutes late the food was not what we ordered. We demanded baked potatoes and brought rice pilaf. Then blamed me for talking to the catering manager. When we went to a food taste test before the wedding, none of us took care of the rice pilaf. We never asked for this to be served at the wedding. The catering manager told me that she would be present to our event, but she wasn't there! When I asked why she wasn't at our event, she told me she had other things to do. My daughters wedding was on a Friday night one of Apple Spice's servers told me I would get a call from the manager on Monday morning and he had been in touch with her. I tried to call several times next week when I didn't hear from them, but until a week later I stopped hearing. She was rude when we talked and tried to make excuses for all the things that made me wrong for some of the problems. She was very rude and unprofessional trying to intimidate me. One of the women who came to dinner poured the fruit of infused water into the beverage dispensers and in this process she spilled it over the tablecloth on the food table and on the whole floor. I recommend Apple Spice for office or even just stop and grab a great sandwich or salad. The freshly baked bread is SO good.

My company got boxed lunch of apple spices and her herbs chicken was amazing. They offer a separate small container of Pesto supplement if you want and the amount of food was crazy. More than I've ever seen in a lunch. Yum!

Catering: I had the pasta salad ... Way too much mayo; also had a chicken salad sandwich... Again way too much mayo and no grapes. Any flavors were washed out. The bread was toasted on the inside then layered with lettuce on both pieces. But the way it was Saran wrapped the outside was extra squishy with moisture. Not to mention the side of black olives, if they're removed from the brine too early, they develop a weird flavor.
