Burger King Passeig De Jaume I - Salou

Ordered a menu and went for the “giant” option to get larger beer and sides. Only received a small beer. Complained, but complaint dismissed. Had bought same meal in Burger King Reus previously, so knew the size of beer that should have been served. This branch is just taking advantage of tourists.

This has to be the worst place we have eaten!!!!! We ordered at the desk the woman was rude and didn’t understand a word we was saying we got all the wrong things that we didn’t order (we used the Glovo app to show her what we wanted) ! They gave us the same things wrong 3 times after showing them the receipts and telling them what was wrong with the order! The chicken was dry and the cheese bites were cold, the only good thing was the refillable drinks! The restaurant was swarmed with flies and staff who were sneezing all over the place and not even covering their faces! The toilet where unbearable they looked as if they haven’t been cleaned for a few days and had faeces all over the floor and in the toilets! If you enjoy Burger King I would avoid this please like the plague and keep the good memories you have of eating it at home!

Hi has anyone been to Salou recently and know whether Burger King is open for us to be able to walk in and collect food?
