Very good restaurant in the centre of Salo. The service and selection of local meat, vegetables and beer is amazing. The owner and the cook can explain where each part of the food comes. In any case, it is worth going there, even if you need to travel from Turku. I had a very beautiful deer Tatar as an appetizer and great choice of the elk as a main course. You can check the pictures. The restaurant should definitely get one or more Michelin Star.

We ordered catering for our wedding based on non-meat options. First, we were somewhat uncertain, as the courts could not be tried in front of the hand. However, all our concerns have been met very professionally and in the end the food was one of the freshest and most tasty I have ever tried. Therefore, the food became a very memorable and important part of the great day last July. The staff was otherwise very satisfied and a pleasure with the cooperation. I give them unconditional 5/5! The best choice!
