Tim Hortons - Salmon Arm

Awful experience! I visited Tim Hortons at 10 am today, feeling quite hungry. There was only one person ahead of me in line, but then the cashier disappeared, and we ended up waiting for five minutes. To make matters worse, they didn't even have a plain bagel, despite them being advertised at the front. The wait felt endless, and I had to squeeze by the door as others were coming and going. On top of all that, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting!

The service was outrageous. I ordered a vanilla cold brew, but there was no vanilla in it at all. When I complained, they added way too much vanilla, making it undrinkable. I will never return to this location and wouldn't recommend it. There are other great locations in Salmon Arm.

The fastest Tim Horton’s in North America! We traveled from Montreal, and this was an incredible experience. It was absolutely worth the 4000 km detour.

During our wait for our food, we noticed several flies buzzing around the display cabinet for the muffins and doughnuts. We informed the staff, but they continued serving other customers, including handing a man items that the flies had been on.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible; no one came to take our orders, and the staff were incredibly rude. I'm leaving now to find a better place.
