Change of ownership since the end of containment 2020, Chez Hervé has become the lock table, always an attractive menu from noon to €13.90, friendly service and good cuisine. Small dish, pizzas lost like the lock table lost pizzaiolo on the way

Menu at noon, meals at night on the map in summer, attention c is the last week, after opening only the weekend. Otherwise very good price, and a good atmosphere in a place by the Canal du midi in a charming village full of locks... Typical and unusual...

We took the dish of the proposed day, cute net with dauphinois gratin; It was excellent. Very nice home, no chichis, and nice view on the Canal du Midi. Bravo to the restaurant team.

Restaurant frequented since my earliest childhood when we come on holiday in Sallèles! The setting on the canal is very pleasant, just like the staff of this establishment! Special mention for the squids at the plancha that I enjoy every time I come;
