Price for a basic roast has gone up nearly $10 when the new owner took over the business Now NOT good value for money

I ordered a baked spud, untill now, i have never had a problem with any foods there. The order was cold, and was not exactly what i asked for. Therefore, it ruined my appetite. The person who served me, was new there, mistakes can happen. I will go there again, hopefully, more attention to getting the order correct, plus, having the spud hot next time please.....Thank you Service: Take out

The quality of the food has significantly worsened. Everything is drenched in oil, and the meat is often fatty, with the undesirable bits served more often than not. The cheesy cauliflower is decent, but they only provide the soggy leftovers instead of the tasty cheesy parts. It could really use more salt as well. Additionally, I found the prices to be excessive, and the staff were quite rude. Overall, I'd rate the food a 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 3.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor business practices. A few weeks ago, they were selling end-of-night boxes for $10 for three. When I inquired about the price for just one, I was told it would be $7, which led me to walk away. Tonight, however, they had all their products boxed up for sale at $7 each or two for $10. They also brought out two large trays of potatoes in cream. I asked for the two-for-$10 deal and requested one of the boxes to be the potatoes, but I was told, "Oh no, we can’t do that; you’ll have to wait until we discount the potatoes." With only an hour left before closing and all their other products boxed up, it seems unlikely they would sell just the two trays of potatoes at full price. Their lack of flexibility indicates a serious misunderstanding of how to successfully run a business, and it left me feeling undervalued as a customer. When I'm ready to spend my money, it's frustrating to be met with such rigidity—it honestly felt like a slap in the face.

I always have a wonderful experience at this restaurant, both in terms of the food and the service. For lunch, I usually spend around A$20–40 per person. The food is excellent, earning a perfect rating of 5, and the service is equally impressive, also rated at 5. The atmosphere is quite nice as well, with a rating of 4.
