Pizza Hut - Salisbury

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! The customer service from this location is the worst I have ever come across. On a number of occasions the manager of the surry hills store has been extremely rude and aggressive, to a point that he made 2 women cry! He shouts over the phone, has tried to over charge and give random prices even though we get the same deal every second week and the prices are clear on the menu. Then told us that the deal we've always gotten was only available online and we have never ordered it before over the phone, which was a lie and it would be clear from our history what we got. We never had an argument or problem woth any other pizza hut. all we wanted to do was order for our pizza night fortnightly. Since moving surry hills is the only one that delivers to us. We are a group of 6 friends and have always been good customers. But now we will never be calling here again and I will make sure everybody knows how horrible there customer service is. Something needs to be done.

For the first time I tried Pizza Hut today, and I realised why people chose Dominoes over Pizza Hut ! It sucks !! The 1.5 I give is just for the Stuffed Crust ! Very disappointed!!

I was just exploring Elizabeth street on a lazy Saturday evening, when I bumped into this Pizza Hut outlet. But I was surprised to see NO customers inside! The place also has a kind of dull look and feel from the outside, with dim lights. But once I went inside, it was just like any other pizza Hut stores. There was ample seating too, by Pizza Hut standards. I ordered a Margerita Veg pizza (regular size), which they sold at $5 instead of the regular $7 price (due to some discount). Oh boy, now that IS cheap! I also got a 600ml bottle of Pepsi Max at $2.90, to go with it. So I ended up spending just $ 7.90! Can you beat that? The Pizza was decent enough, although not exceptional. Can't expect anything more at this price point. And it was quite filling, in spite of being just 9 inches. It was served quickly too! Do drop in here if you're looking for a decent yet cheap meal! Food - 4/5 Ambiance - 4/5 Service - 4.5/5 Value for money - 5/5 Overall - 4.5/5

What you'd expect from a pizza hut nothing more nothing less. thin and crispy pepperoni is my go to order. Interior seating is OK, decent for a pizza hut.

So so bad, can't order anything over the phone, doesn't even deliver to Clarkson, service centre is just a joke, not happy Jan, we got dominos after trying to order Pizza Hut for over an hour over the phone and on the Internet
