My daughter is hard to please, so when we were told the carvings that we had to see it to believe it, at the arrival in maranello we were greeted by friendly staff. the chicken carving came out on a 30cm rectangular plate and it overlapped it! the crumb was fresh the cloby chips perfect and pfeffer gravy was just right. We have been eating in maranello for a few years. but according to the way we were treated last night, we will never return. party of 5...zwo had chicken carvings, which was very hard. two had pasta, which was over boiled and muddy. one had a chicken salad that was drowning at the dressing. when we showed these problems to the owner, we were told that we were wrong and that it had nothing to do with the food. when I found a small piece of wire in my pasta, we were thrown a $20 note and said we had a bargain. we will never eat again at this place.

Eating was good, but the personal did not know that foam wine should be served chilled. lights on customers outside as eating was very rude and if the place does not close until 8.30 clock, but can not get a coffee at 7.40pm was very disappointing, I do not think they want to get customers back. had to go around the corner in primos coffee and felt much more welcome there.

We used their delivery service online...very smart move maranello peeps, they give them a hours time frame for delivery, but in reality they deliver in about 20-30mins (that was the second time that we ordered delivery) we ordered their pizzas and the seafood plate both paint, just because these products are excellently prepared. really large portions, very tasty, light and balanced, they can say that their ingredients were used fresh, perfectly boiled and bag friendly prices too.

The schnitzels, pasta, ribs and wings here are fantastic. Put me off having any desert Id love to order again when you find a new driver who isn't rude and frankly dangerous. I can only imagine what would happen to our food if we ordered again and had this driver in question deliver it.
