Kfc - Salisbury

The food was good, but the service could use some improvement at this location. I had to wait a while for the tenders to be cooked, and it was around 8:55. I'm guessing that they might stop preparing food at a certain time, as this seems to happen frequently.

I walked in to order lunch, but the young lady informed me that the dining area was closed. So, I went to the drive-thru to place my order. I ordered a three-piece dinner and received a leg, thigh, and breast. Unfortunately, none of the chicken was hot, and there was a large pile of trash in the middle of the kitchen floor that someone could easily trip over. The apple turnovers were the only things that were actually hot. I think I’m done with this KFC location; it’s just not clean!

We ordered the 24-pack of wings and had to place separate orders for all our sides. Unfortunately, the wings were so tough that we couldn't eat them! They seemed to be either original or crispy, but they didn't taste good at all. I don’t think we’ll be returning to this place.

The original order of 8 pieces of dark meat was cooked to perfection with an extra crispy finish.

The parking lot is poorly lit and populated with homeless individuals resting on mattresses and curbs, often engaging in drug use. It's a dark and unsafe environment, making it a potential target for theft while waiting for your ride outside.
