Evolution Public House - Salisbury

Great restaurant, we’ve eaten here a few times when visiting step daughter at Salisbury U. We’ve enjoyed it every time! Good food, good drinks, nice place!

Server approached quickly and took order. Was not overbearing in asking what we wanted. Charcuterie board was good. Drinks were good but a little overpriced.

Beer was good, as expected. Food was the definition of mediocrity. This wouldn't be so bad, except that the menu and server's description seriously oversold it. My palette was not expecting a thin, salty burger on a bun that tasted like a wet sponge. Or a chilly that tasted more like a too-sweet tomato soup. The Brussels sprouts were good, though.

We always make time for EVO when we are in Salisbury. The food is great, never had a bad dish from the kitchen. The beers are wonderful, and worth the stop. Service is excellent as well. If you are in town, you need to stop at EVO Public House.

Sat outside on a beautiful night. High top table; chairs were uncomfortable. Food delicious and the service was great!
