Przekaż informację zwrotnąIt was late when I ordered a Hepper-Jr. After paying, I was told to drive around and that they would bring it out to me. There were about three or four cars ahead of me, and I was okay with that, thinking it would mean my food would be fresh. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. The sandwich was cold, the meat was burnt, and I was left disappointed. Anyone who made the burger must have known how overcooked it was. This was my second visit, and both experiences have been terrible. I won’t be returning; they are just awful.
The soda fountain was out of every syrup flavor except for the diet options. The staff was very friendly and even helped us get drinks from the drive-thru fountain. The food arrived correctly, and we were on our way. The fries were timely, but as soon as I took a bite of the Impossible burger, it had an awful smell. It was inedible because something was clearly wrong with the sandwich. I've never encountered such a terrible odor. We were too far away to request a refund. I'm not sure if the issue lies with management or the franchise itself, but it's quite unfortunate that these employees have to work under such conditions.
The drive-thru was quick, the staff were friendly and professional, and the food was well-prepared. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend it!
The most ridiculous service I've ever experienced! Not only do they not have any drinks, but diet. we had to literally move forward to find 6 other cars waiting for her to eat.
Had the impossible burger only third time in years and it was fresh and delicious. I don't eat bread but I ate that entire bun this day..Hubby had the same. Quick bite and back down the road.
