Applebee's Grill - Salisbury

Love it. It was really good. Food was cooked right and drink was good too. Kids enjoyed and finished their entire plates.

I would have rated this restaurant 5 stars if it weren't for the awful server. The food was excellent and the ambiance was reminiscent of a sports bar, very pleasant. However, the service was lacking. The waitress was impatient, disappeared at times, only checked on us once at the end of the meal, and we had to ask another waitress for a drink that our original waitress brought to the table in a rude manner. It took 15 minutes to receive the bill, giving off the impression of poor service overall. Despite these issues, the other aspects of the restaurant must have been exceptional to still warrant a 4-star rating.

We had a fantastic waitress who was excellent at her job. The appetizers we ordered, pretzel sticks and loaded waffle fries, were delicious. Our entrees were good, but not outstanding. I think they could have been better. I will definitely return to try something else and, of course, to enjoy the pretzels again.

The restaurant had excellent food and service, and wasn't too loud. We were seated quickly. The only issue was that I ordered my burger medium rare and it was served medium well, but that seems to be common in North Carolina. Overall, it was still a good experience.

Came in for a takeout order and a few beers. Took more than half hour with very few customers in the restaurant. Sat at the bar. My order belonged to someone else. My fault for not checking. Totally messed up. We stopped coming to this placebecause of bad food and service. Tried it last week and it seemed to improve. Today not good. Last chance and the people Itol? things changed will be told about this visit. When you get take out, you are not going to bring it back.
