None of them spoke English nor did they understand it. It was impossible to understand one another and our order was terribly messed up. I didn’t even bother trying to fix it, because of the language barrier. The bread was stale and the sandwiches that I wanted toasted were cold. Total waste of $30 which is way too expensive even if the order was perfect.
The employees are hardworking and kind. the food is consistently pretty
Ordered online had special notes on the order was completely ignored. Sandwiches were really messy it's like they didn't even try to close it before wrapping it up. Came into the store to pick it up there was 2 gentleman there one was sitting ON THE COUNTER while the other was waiting on a customer. Both looked right at me when I entered the store no one said a word. Sandwiches were a mess and made wrong and couldn't even read the note about the order.
Had to repeat my bread choice 3 times, had to tell them my order (ham and cheese) 4 times, two of the thinnest slices of ham you've ever seen all for . Why can't I post a picture, you'd find Waldo every time before you found the ham on my sandwich.
There was a larger blonde women who never took our order. We were first in line and sat there for 10 minutes without being looked at, talked to or an acknowledged. Super rude!!! ?
