Starbucks - Salinas

First time in This location i love it. Great service, clean and delicious

I cannot believe how rude these girls are. They take a long time. They keep the mobile orders where you can?t reach them. So you have to ask for your drink yet they ignore you and keep making drinks. They never welcome anyone. They?re not organized. They are located in a nice area in Salinas where you would think their service would be great. Not in this case. I never go to this Starbucks I go to Main and Bernal where they?re super nice and well organized.

Ludicrously slow service. Waited 5 minutes for them to fumble through one customer's order, and then ordered 2 sandwiches. 15 minutes later, after asking where my order was, I get told they are going in whatever microwave they have just then. Absolutely absurd service, won't even consider getting anything from here again

They only got my order wrong one time but it was due to new staff and fixed it real quick

They got my order correct. (Now, I normally don't make reviews like this but I was so disappointed in the service) I can't say the same about my friend though. They forgot her bagel and when she went back to get it, they gave her attitude and charged her .70¢ more. Honestly, they should have given her a refund, or a voucher for 50% off or something, for the mistake. They were very rude about the whole situation. It might be from racial discrimination or something because they were very nice and polite to me. They made sure I was taken care of.
