Smalley's has been one of my favorite restaurants in the Monterey/Salinas area for many years. Given the recent challenges, I'm really happy to see that they are still operating and I always enjoy their food. The tri-tip plate, accompanied by a salad and garlic bread, is what brings me back time and again. I can't wait until I can dine in again.
Always great food and excellent service! The clam chowder is a must try!
I look forward to going back again. this place has a great atmosphere.
