Manila Ranch - Salinas

We showed up two minutes before closing and had low expectations, and we were blown away! The food was fresh and piping hot! We ordered the Adobe chicken, two kinds of beef, and a order of pork belly. YUMMMMMMM! Me and my husband tore into like a pair of ravenous wolves. The food was absolutely amazing and these guys deserve as much publicity as they can get. The high quality food needs to be had by all. I can't recommend it enough

Owners are nice and friendly. They offer all my traditional favorites. Chicken and pork adobo, pancit, mongo, sinigang, caldareta and their BBQ sticks are so good. They cater to large party orders and even do lechon.

I got a nice meal today for undet $7 bucks. I got a BBQ Chicken stick, with some white rice a Pepsi. It was cheaper more tasty then a burger fry from some fast food joint.

Experienced another delicious dinner at The Manila Ranch. Absolutely excellent delicacy from the Philippines... Chicken Adobo, BBQ pork, Pansit and my favorite lumpia... I love there vegetable lumpia. Excellent hours: 9am to 11 PM pleasant staff and Karaoke on Friday evenings ! Professional Management by Ronald Rola. I will be back with my family!

Food was amazing. Next time we want bbq, we'll take our friends here for the qauntity and quality of the meat.
