Flying Artichoke - Salinas

The restaurant offers locally sourced food that is excellently prepared and very affordably priced. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is enjoyable, especially for watching airplanes take off and land. The establishment is clean and classy. It's a fantastic place to dine!

We used their catering services for our open house on February 16th, 2023! The food and the service were absolutely hands down outstanding! Exceptional! Delicious! Impressive! 5 stars aren't enough! From beginning to end, everything was perfect! At first, I was skeptical because they are located at the airport. However, I was so incredibly wrong! On top of having phenomenal food and price point, they were kind and professional. I was even invited to a taste test. I declined, but I was asked! I will definitely, use them again. I am actually taking colleagues to the restaurant for lunch today!

We did my dad 's 80th birthday as a buffet dinner event there for 70 guests! It was awesome! My dad still plays in a band as lead guitar, and his bday was all kept a surprise from him. He actually thought he had a gig for someone else 's bday. He was so surprised! I must say that the music, the dancing, the food, the bar, his best friends, family, kids, grandkids, and the decor they allowed us to do, made for an incredible night that no one will ever forget, especially my dad! They truly did an incredible job for us! 'Thank you ' so much for hosting us and this amazing evening! ? ?? Great job, Flying Artichoke!

Super good I always go in and get my tri tip sandwhich and it always taste just as good as the first time

The Flying Artichoke at Salinas Airport was the perfect venue for our mother’s surprise birthday party! The room was stunning, even before we added our helium balloons and birthday banners. Jonathan and his team provided a generous and delicious buffet lunch. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the event. Thank you, Jonathan, for making our mom's 90th birthday surprise a success!
