Domino's Pizza - Salinas

UPDATE: I ordered garlic bread bites with one Ranch dipping sauce, but I typically ask for two or three sauces for the pizza. Not only did my order arrive 30 minutes late, but there was also no Ranch sauce included with the garlic bread bites.

I use to really like ordering from here. But i guess i wont be ordering from here anymore. They have really bad customer service. I ordered a pizza late at night and there was hair in my pizza. I couldnt call that night because they were already closed. So i called the next day And i tried telling them the problem and they took it the other wait saying i wanted a free pizza like come on! I HAVE PROOF THAT THERE WAS FEMALE HAIR ON MY PIZZA!

I used the large pizza promotion, which is a great price. However my order was wrong and I placed my order as the delivery truck was arriving so there was a shortage of some ingredients and a bit slower service. not the best for a slow afternoon.

I tap the link where it states I 'm Here. And the front takes a while to acknowledge you. In February 2020. I ordered online and when I arrived exactly the tracker stated that it was ready when I was inside the Domino 's restaurant. Turns out they didn 't have it ready and they were about to make my order. A little longer than halfways of baking my pizza the staff asked if I wanted wings as complimentary. I said Will they be out on time by the time I get my pizza. Staff said No. So I passed up and asked How about reimbursement for your mistake/error service . Staff said No. It was less than $10 Dollars my pizza. I prefer going to the Domino 's that 's not in the East side of Salinas area. It 's on the other side of town. North side of Salinas have better service.

Pizza cold and over cooked. order 2 pasta bread bowls pasta was cooked on top but pasta and bread under was not cooked ive had better dominos and i order the same thing.
