Blue Aces Bake Shoppe - Salinas

The cashier was extremely friendly, the shop was adorable, and the flavors of the macarons were fantastic. The key lime and coconut caramel macarons are outstanding! I adore this quaint little shop. If you find yourself in the Salinas, CA area, be sure to visit!

This bakery is without a doubt the best in the central coast (and maybe even beyond). The baked goods are absolutely delicious and truly amazing. Additionally, they are beautifully presented, making them a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. The staff and owners of this bakery are kind, friendly, and dedicated to the community. As a local resident and event planner who frequently works with this team, I can confidently say that they are the best. Their creativity and generosity never cease to impress me, making them a true gem of the central coast.

The treats at this restaurant are simply fantastic - full of flavor and delicious. The creativity displayed in the dishes is outstanding; some treats are so visually appealing and meticulously detailed that they make you want to try them, even if you're not quite sure what they are yet. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves sweets. The staff, in particular Cynthia, were exceptional - always smiling and attentive to my needs. Cynthia stood out the most, and she definitely deserves a raise.

The bakery it pays attention to detail here. The pastries and the creativity is amazing! The taste of the delicious treats are absolutely delicious. She is very kind and really puts a creative twist to her treats. The macarons are some of the best I have ever tasted and they are so fluffy and she has a lot of flavors! Each one is individually created by scratch and she has about 12 flavors. It is in a great convenient location because it is an Old Town Salinas and it is next to Maya Cinemas!
