Sonic Drive-in - Salida

Our food came back something wrong, but tone (red/rosa hair not sure if I got his name right) was so nice to us and fix our food so quickly! It was so busy and he was so quiet and beautiful even tho I was hanging! Big employee! The lady who took our order was also very nice. Great employees who all deserve an increase to treat as many people as they were!

It wasn't here in 7 months. I got my food within 5 minutes during dinner rush and everything was warm and right. I even gave me a ranch out of the kitchen when they were completely out. Good work, hard work.

I will give 4 stars to customer service. They seem out of absolutely everything active dead lettuce tomatoes pickles Etc. The young lady at the microphone treats this with a smile and a sincere apology. Grace under pressure. I'm sure she heard a lot of complaints, treated us as if we were the first customer of the day.
