Great value for money! The menu is simple and they serve breakfast all day. The staff is very friendly, polite, and helpful. The restaurant is always clean and tidy. The food is delicious! Lost a star because there are no toilets on the premises. Had to ask and go behind the counter to wash our hands before eating.
They serve the most delicious English curry that I have ever tasted, and it comes with a side of laughter.
Delicious fish chips. very friendly staff. faster service. reasonable prices. cant really say more than that
Took my young grandson here today, sat in. Firstly I must say the fish and chips I had were lovely. Unfortunately this cannot be said for any of the utensils. Knives and forks not very clean and the ketchup bottle was utterly disgusting. I asked the waitress if she could give me a clean one (which she happily did) and after scanning all the tables she came back with one that was marginally cleaner. They are those refillable bottles with a nozzle at the end and the lid and nozzle were encrusted with dirt. They obviously hadn't been cleaned out in a very long time. I wasn't going to allow my grandson to use it but as he wanted ketchup I had to unscrew the lid and put a knife inside to get at the ketchup as no way was I allowing him to use it with that germ ridden top. This is surely a health and safety issue and these bottles should be cleaned thoroughly and regularly. Another issue that wants sorting out in here is the fact that if you want a napkin with your food (which I expect), you have to go back to the counter and rip off a piece of kitchen roll, not very professional in my opinion. Like I say I could not fault the food but only giving 3 stars because of the hygiene.
