Simply Pho - Salem

This restaurant is one of our favorite spots to visit. The food is always served hot and delicious. The Hong Kong noodles with beef come in a flavorful umami broth that will warm your soul. The pork fried rice is fantastic, and the crispy pork rolls are served with a sauce that is so delicious, you might want to drink it.

This restaurant is definitely the top spot for pho. I tried the 111 - Pho Noodle Soup with Wonton, Salt Pepper Calamari, and Thai Iced Tea, and I was absolutely blown away by the incredible flavors and generous portions. The presentation and packaging of the food is exceptional, I haven't seen anyone go above and beyond like this before. This is now my favorite place to eat!
