Wendy's - Salem

The service was fast and friendly. The apple slices weren't what I expected but they were still decent.

Absolute horrible service. Cold fries so salty they're inedible. Nearly a 15 to 20 minute wait for a $70 order that was mostly inedible, far from fresh, and then refusal of replacements. Management will hang up on you, refuse to give you their name or upper management details, answer the phone only to hang it back up, then take the phone off the hook so it will ring busy.District management doesn't seem to be any better at following up with complaints. Extremely disappointed in what this restaurant has become and what Wendy's of Bowling Green accepts from their managers now.

So we tried to order online but when we got there they told us they were out of big patties so we paid for nothing. So next we tried to order the food in person and then it was still slow and we had to wait about 6 minutes for them to cook fries. The food is fine but everything else sucks.

The food was disgusting, the nuggets were hard as a rock and the burgers were cold. Staff is almost always rude when I go there, on top of always being out of just about

Waited in take out line for 5 minutes before we were waited on.
