Wayback Burgers - Salem

Tasty burgers. It's location isn't ideal of course, food court. The staff seems to be learning how to do it still, but are successful if quite slow.

It’s weird to say this about a place in a mall but it’s one of the best burgers in the area and it’s consistently good every time. People there have been nice every time. It’s 20 mins from our house. Anytime we need a pick me up or to treat our selfs, we will drive to the mall for a Wayback Burger.

Just a question for business owner. Some locations for Wayback offers halal options I would like to confirm if the Salem, NH location is also Halal?

Eh, older guy behind the counter a little rude. Asked for chicken buff- asked for lite sauce and was told no. Either take it or leave it basically. But when you google wayback and open the google page it clearly say made to order. Anyway. Eh, meh.

Poor customer service. Was rushed when taking my order and the guy taking my order has 0 ethics, he needs to be trained in customer service and attention to detail. Whether you work in a high end or fast-food restaurant you’re there to serve NOT interrogate clients and make stead-fast decisions. We went back for ketchup packets and he was reluctant and was very rude are the ketchup packets coming out of your check? … Will NOT RETURN.
