Starbucks - Salem

This is my 2ND favorite Starbucks location after the closure of the Liberty Plaza location. The staff are friendly, and have almost never had any problems here. The one exception is with mobile ordering. Other locations I've been to call out that a mobile order is ready, this one does not. I waited over 15 minutes assuming they'd call it out only to find out I'd been waiting for no reason. So if you do a mobile order just go up to the pickup counter and let them know your there to pick up a mobile order.

Great service and friendly smile. We?ll, I?m sure they are smiling. You can hear in their voice. Outdoor seating available.

Lobby was closed- limited staff. Online orders will be delivered outside but customers not allowed in to order. They suggested I go the grocery store to get coffee if I didn?t have the app.

Thank you Starbucks for always delivering the best PSL ???? West Salem batistas have always been nice and haven't messed up any drinks.
