Silver Lake Marina - Salem

The outdoor ambiance was lovely, but sadly, both the service and the food fell short of expectations.

Please improve your operation. The service was excellent, but I was quite taken aback when I ordered a small pizza for the kids and received half of a large pizza instead. Where's the other half? My dinner was microwaved to the point that both the plate and food were too hot to touch for 10 minutes. The crab was soggy, and the microwaved breaded chicken was unappetizing. To top it off, the men's restroom urinal wouldn't flush, making it unpleasant to use the facilities. I urge you to take pride in your establishment. You need to address these food issues; this is the third time I've encountered poor quality meals while dining with family and friends.

We were hoping to find patio seating to make the most of the lovely day. Unfortunately, since it wasn't available, we decided to go somewhere else.

We celebrated our 60th birthday in the pavilion, and it was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to ensure it was a memorable celebration.

Food really good. Service a little slow. Real nice place on the water.
