Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Salem

Drive through is always 15 min wait. Good food but needs better management and time management as well. Staff is friendly an helpful. There's a disconnect somewhere and it's hurting drive through wait times. If chick fil la can get ya through and served less than 10 min Popeyes can too.

If i could give a lower rating i would, we were greeted over the speaker by a woman saying someone would get back with us shortly then fast forward 5 mins an employee in the parking lot says they're closed that they close at 8, then why greet us making us waste our time? We didn't even know it closed at 8 and closing at 8 is absolutely ridiculous it's so early compared to most places.

Got the 12 pc family tenders dinner. The menu board was down, so could not know prices. When the gentleman took my order he didn't say the price. I about fell over when they said $35. !!! LAST TIME STOPPING HERE FOR FOOD

They finally closed this location... good riddance. Sold more cases of food Bourne illness than chicken.
