Mcdonald's - Salem

My father bought three came for me and my brothers and none of them brought the kartoffels and when we went to order, they treated us as if we had asked,

I don't know what happened here, but the service is 50/50. the employees are either new or it just doesn't matter. I'm just leaving if I need something I need. some employees try to be really helpful, but it is hard for the store if everyone is not on the same page

Absolutely terrible service 2 times in order. last time it was a food allergy for milk and they put mayo on it. no speck today, but paid for it. the deluxe chick sandwich thrown in the box with half tomato.

They never let them eat inside, only can get food thru drive up!

The workers here are so rude no customer service skills at all. No manners and ignorant people. They didn’t know I spoke Spanish and they were talking about me. Please just go to another McDonald’s for your fast food cravings.
