Fuji Rice Time - Salem

I've been here a number of times and have yet to be disappointed. The staff is very friendly and their food is fantastic especially considering it's one of the lesser expensive places to dine in downtown Salem.

Best Curry in Town!. I tried the curry with chicken today at Fuji Rice Time. It is, by far, the best curry in town. It had a little kick but not too much and the flavor was deep and rich. <br/ <br/ Unfortunately, their lunch service is a little wonky. You order at the counter and take a number. Once my meal was delivered, I had to ask for utensils, never received water and none of the servers ever stopped by my table again.<br/ <br/ Despite this, I will be back. The curry made it all worth while.

Oh Fuji rice time...how I love thee. The ladybug rolls are the best and beautiful to look at as they are to eat. One of my favorite sushi places in the world. Who knew salem would hide such a treasure.

Fuji Rice Time has the best sushi in Salem. I've been to a handful of places, and they will never top this place. I work in the downtown area and come here a few times a week to get lunch not only for me but for co-workers. It's a little spendy but 100% worth it. The make it right in front of you with the freshest ingredients. The waitress/chefs are so polite. Great service, and enviorment. Try the Edamame,C hicken Teriyaki Rice bowl or the California Tempura Roll. Delicious!

REAL sushi!. This is the only place to get REAL sushi in Salem, and in my opinion, all of Oregon. Everything is fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is decorated to add to its authenticity. LOVE IT. My favorite dish is the tuna sashimi. I would highly recommend Fuji to anyone who wants quality Japanese food.
