Figaro's Pizza - Salem

A so nice old lady with glasses that comes to us that lady is so nice that I have her name, but she deserves a raise! Had me and my families day, you have to get more nice people like them, they radiated good energy

I've been coming here since I was little, and I can confidently say it's the best pizza in Salem. I have fond memories of my dad buying me a Super Saver every Sunday, which always made me so happy. Eating here brings back those good times, so thank you, Figgy's! ❤️

We had the pleasure of being served by a lovely elderly lady wearing glasses. She was incredibly kind, and I only wish I had caught her name; she truly deserves a raise! She made my family's day, and you should definitely hire more people like her—she had such a wonderful energy!

Ordering was a breeze, the prices were fair for the quality, and my meal was ready right on time! It tasted fantastic!

After 10 minutes, the driver finally arrived and left our food at the door. While I was on the phone with the manager, she was defensive about the driver’s behavior. However, she offered to quickly make me new food and refund my order, which I really appreciated. Then, to my surprise, I heard a knock at the door and found that the owner himself was delivering our food! He apologized profusely, and I explained the situation. The fact that he took the time to deliver the order personally, even when he was already home, exceeded my expectations. Owners like him truly make customers want to return. Thank you so much!
