Dutch Bros coffee is not triple roasted like at Starbucks so it is a smoother blend. I find them friendlier than Starbucks and the staff go out of their way to help you. One time my credit debit card would not go through I started to dig out cash they waved me off and gave me a free coffee. My family frequents them often even those that don't drink coffee enjoy the Italian sodas and hot chocolate. And my little 3 yearold grandson has the biggest smile when he's handed a little Dutch Bros not so hot chocolate and a little cup his size.

Can't go wrong with them honestly. Theyre always so nice!! Free bday coffees, free ice water whenever I ask. And they will gladly fix your drink whenever.

I ordered a Sugar-Free Iced Mocha with a few modifications. I have been a customer for 15 years. Unfortunately, even after it was remade twice, the drink was still incorrect - too light and too milky. However, the young man who took my order was wonderful! Despite the drink mishap, I will maintain my rating for this establishment thanks to the exceptional service I received from the staff. I had a great conversation with one of the gentlemen working there, during which I shared the sentimental value of the bracelets I wear. He listened attentively and I even gave him one of my bracelets as a token of appreciation. This small gesture truly made my day. I do not frequent this location often, as it is not in my neighborhood. However, I will be sure to visit whenever I have an appointment in the area. Thank you.
