Dough Hook Bake Shop - Salem

I feel bamboozled. I got an oreo cheesecake donut excited for that cheesecake taste but it did not taste like cheesecake whatsoever. It tasted like a good ol regular oreo donut could have saved a couple bucks going to Day Night Donuts.

This is the second time that there's been a delivery issue where a substitution was made without my input for a lesser option. Apparently delivery is not the best option to access these donuts. I've never had trouble when I come in person but every single time I order delivery there's a problem

Really good, delicious doughnuts!! Good size and taste is phenomenal.

Love the restaurant but I waited 20 minutes past the pickup time to pick up my order

This is an amazing locally owned company. The goo and service are top notch!
